A Legal Disclaimer

The information provided on the Fish’Home website is for general informational purposes only. We make every effort to ensure that all information, descriptions, prices and availability displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, they may be subject to change without prior notice.

Fish’Home provides accommodation and selected services and is not a travel agency or tour operator. Activities and additional services are offered individually and may, where applicable, be provided by independent third-party partners.

Outdoor activities, including fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding and other nature-based experiences, are subject to weather conditions, seasonal conditions, local regulations and availability. Fish’Home cannot guarantee that a specific activity or natural phenomenon, including the Northern Lights, wildlife sightings or particular fishing conditions, will occur during a guest’s stay.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate travel insurance and, where required, the necessary licences, permits, identification documents and suitable equipment for the activities they choose to undertake.

Where services or activities are provided by an independent partner, that provider remains responsible for the organisation, safety requirements, terms and conditions, and performance of its own services.

Prices displayed in euros (€) and Swedish kronor (SEK) are provided according to the rates indicated for the relevant period. Where currency conversions are displayed for information purposes, variations in exchange rates may occur.

Photographs and visual content on this website are intended to illustrate the destination, accommodation and experiences available in Swedish Lapland. Some images may be illustrative and do not constitute a contractual representation of the services provided.

By making a reservation, guests agree to the applicable booking terms and conditions, cancellation policy and house rules communicated during the booking process.

For Fish’Home, I would also keep the Privacy Policy separate from the Legal Notice, Terms & Conditions, Booking/Cancellation Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you give me the official company name, Swedish organisation number, postal address, contact email, and confirm whether the site uses Wix + Stripe, I can write the complete English Privacy Policy ready to paste into the Fish’Home website.
